Bookmark Search Queries
Right now, it is possible to 'bookmark' individual tags, using Tag Groups. I suggest allowing the addition of more complex search queries to this panel.
For example, I might want to often access all of my Ideas that are not necessarily specific to App, Game, or Video, and thus not given any of those tags that are common among my other Ideas, so I would have a bookmark for the query "+Idea -App -Game -Video". This would allow more automated, cleaner, less clumsy organization than, say, tagging all of those documents with "MediumAgnostic" or manually typing the above query in…

Minimize tagspaces to tray in Linux
I am a linux user (Xubuntu) and I started to use tagspaces a lot and for a busy desktop it would be sensible to add a feature that mimimises the application to the tray. This is a feature that I liked a lot in ZIM Desktop Wiki before switching to Tagspaces.

Integrate tags with Mac OS
When I add tags to document in TagSpaces, I would assume that cmd+i (file information) would reveal the same tags just assigned to a file.
I will back up this reguest with a money bonus asap if possible.

Combination view for folders of similar type
I have a folder called Documents, a folder called Hubic/Documents, another called Dropbox/Documents, etc. If I could create one group folder and show the contents of all of these in one place it would help me manage the files.

Allow image drag and dropping into markdown files
It would be amazing if I could drag and drop images into markdown files, and have the image be copied to the same folder as the markdown file with w/e name it can find or generate, then insert the appropriate markup.

Single click to open a note should be an option
In many other note taking apps (evernote, etc), single click is the default to open notes. I find it faster than double click. This won't make as much sense until auto-saving is implemented although, that way you don't have to interact with saving dialogs.
You can make it only clicking on an non-interactive area, such as the title field or anywhere but the check mark cause the default open action.

Use Metadata where possible
Some file types have their own metadata format, like XMP in PDF or EXIF in images. It would be nice, if the metadata fields would be used for tagging, if possible. Renaming files is a quite nice mechanism but could lead to errors if, for example, files live in a version control system.

Support relative links and external images with Ritch text editor
When editing HTML files with the ritch text editor allow local file links, especially with relative paths, like "c:\some\folder\path\file.ext" or "..\relative\path\to\file.attachment".
Currently an "http://" is automatically edited whether the user wants to or not, one has to manually edit the source to achieve this. Also using external images in HTML is some times beneficial, allows sharing, and reduces file size like img src="..\relative\path\to\image.jpg". This also making the file not take ages to open in the source editor because of loading all the image.

Text notes should be editable by default
When I open a text note, I usually want to edit it immediatelly, i.e. the way it's done in Evernote nowadays. So it would be more convenient that I don't have to click on the "Edit current file" icon.

Allow tag groups/libraries to be shared
One possible way this could be done would be to create a file stored in the main directory of the location. That way, if the location is shared, so is the library.

Rules to ignore files (e.g. with regex)
It would be nice if some files could be ignored like the .filename in linux.
Especially I want this to ignore temp files on linux like .md~ etc.

Remove the save dialog
It's useless to have the dialog, if the user doesn't click the button the file is not saved (for example if the user opens another files a dialog appears asking if she wants to save the current file), if the button is clicked it's time-wasting to ask another confirmation. It's like the save button in any common text editor.

Set a custom editor by defining terminal commands like 'gedit', 'subl' etc. [linux]
That would be nice, since you use your own IDE or other apps that have great features. I don't expect you to re-create an editor like sublime text.

Ability to use shift and ctrl key when selecting files
When selecting multiple files it would be nice to select the first file and then shift+select the last file and have all the files in between selected. Also, the ability to ctrl+select files like in a typical file system.
