Integrate tags with Mac OS
When I add tags to document in TagSpaces, I would assume that cmd+i (file information) would reveal the same tags just assigned to a file.
I will back up this reguest with a money bonus asap if possible.

I would put it the other way around. Ask Macintosh of they want to add compatibility with TagSpaces :) I think TagSpaces has the potential to dominate the metadata/tagging world :D

TagSpaces was started as a multiplatfrom application, trying to create a meta layer across different operating systems. That's why concentrating on this specific tagging for Mac OS is not currently in the focus of the project.

Given that TagSpaces is meant to replace the traditional file browser, it might be more useful to request access to a cmd+i type feature *in* TagSpaces, which someone else has actually already requested:
Although, I do not think this approach would invalidate your original request. Since the OS supports tagging, why re-create the feature on another layer?

The newest version of OSX (Yosemite) has a full featured tagging system which makes TagSpaces somewhat redundant. In addition, it will feature OS APIs for JavaScript in addition to AppleScript, which I think is a fantastic opportunity that makes this proposed integration make a lot of sense. This is similar to the following request, although different enough and more concrete: <https://tagspaces.uservoice.com/forums/213931-general/suggestions/5789542-save-tag-data-and-metadata-in-a-separate-file>
Since this is an open source project hosted on GitHub, and since you have money to throw at this, I think you'd be best off hiring a web app developer to add the feature for you.
