  1. More clarity about how it works on website before download.

    Hello. I just installed the Mac versions and I'm excited to dig into the Tagspaces ecosystem. I have been relying on Evernote for a couple years now and although it's a beautiful piece of work I do have 2 issues with it. A) I'm concerned about security/privacy of data and B) I don't know how to extend it to a larger body of data (old photo libraries etc).   3. Delete multiple files

    Selecting multiple files only seems to work for copy/move operations. Please allow for deleting multiple files.
    This will of course make it even more important to implement support for the recycle bin.

    Individual Tags inherit Group colour initially. Can be overridden.

  7. Custom Insert-Code Button in RTF Editor

    Create a wizard or menu item so the user can simply add a custom "insert html code" button in the RTF editor.

    I can currently add a checkbox to a line in my notes by switching to "code" mode and adding "<input type="CHECKBOX">". It would be faster if I had a custom button that inserted this code. Maybe a checkbox button should be standard in the RTF editor, but why stop there?

  8. enable Tagspaces to tag and launch applications in Mac OS

    In Mac OS, its impossible to tag or launch applications with Tagspaces, as it sees them as directories instead of executable programs. I don't think this problem exists on Windows OS. It would be nice to be able to do this, as I believe Tagspaces needs to have all the capabilities of the standard file browsers.

  9. Make it so Tagspaces remembers all tags, not just the ones in the tag groups

    As far I can tell, right now Tagspaces only 'remembers' tags that you have manually added to the tag groups. This means that when you go to enter new tags, it will only recall tags that are already in the tag groups. I would like to see Tagspaces be able to recall all previously used tags, not just the ones in the tag groups, when you go to add new tags to a file.

  11. Support Windows "Recent Places" folder

    Tree view folder navigation still preferred, but while waiting for that in the meantime could you please add access to the windows "Recent Places" folder in the move/copy dialog? It is currently very tedious to repeatedly navigate to deep folders.

  12. Quick access: Right click integration and tagging after downloading

    Hello there. So, I had two ideas to make it easier to quickly access the functionality of TagSpaces. First, it would be very convenient if you could right click on any file and select the option to immediately open TagSpaces with that file selected and ready to be tagged. In other words, adding in some sort of quick tagging function that can be used outside the TagSpaces GUI.   13. File ownership based tagging, rating open to all

    To create a searchable repository of files that are contributed by a large set of people, it is useful to allow the owner of the file to add tags (as the owner knows what the specific file tags should be) and the ratings can be by anybody.

  14. Allow tags to be added by dragging and dropping over the preview window

    It would be really nice if we could drop tags onto the previews themselves to add tags to them, rather than just the narrow box above the preview.

  15. GTD - Getting Things Done

    IT would be great to have a set of folder already arranged with the GTD : Inbox, Today, Next, Someday, Scheduled and Waiting. Of course with a management of a to do list with same aproach and allarms or move task/subfolder to the "Today" folder.

  18. Social Tagging thru Dropbox file link and Diigo or Delicious

    Appart from Tagging locally the app could simultaneously sync to Delicious or Diigo opening your files to all the benefits of social tagging; i.e. file A gets its Dropbox link, then that link is posted to Diigo or Delicious using the tags asigned by TagSpace. I big bother would be to keep it sync both ways (if something is changed in the Diigo tag library ...)

    1.搜索时加“+”“！”“-”等很不方便，希望能用选项代替。
    2.增加功能：增加多标签搜索。
    3.增加功能：多选文件时能用“ctrl+...”。
    4.增加功能：选择列表后可以导出目录为.xls格式.
    5.文件主体可以为多语言，但是内部说明文件只有英文，没有多语言，建议改进。
