I agree completely about this. I want to like/use this so badly...and to be honest, I haven't bothered to explore the breadth what this app can do after being unable to accomplish this.. Am I missing something obvious? I hope so...without this feature, it's unusable. Modifying the names of my directories is in no way an option for me. I'm a web developer, already limiting any chance of or desire for changing directory structure and the obvious need for these to be TAGS, not categories...at the top level i need many to many. I'm so surprised this isn't an option or at least a heavily demanded feature. Please let me know if I'm just totally missing something and this is in fact possible? Like with the native tagging function on OS X, but the organizational GUI that makes this app so attractive for me.
