allow for manual sorting of tags within tag families
I clicked the "alphabetical sort" button on one of my tag families and then decided that I didn't like that sorting after all, but there was no way to undo it or manually sort it. It would be great if we could manually drag the tags around into the order we want them in.

Open folder locally
Using tags and/or searching to find files works great. However it would be really useful to be able to then open the files folder from within TagSpaces itself (the existing menu option will use the systems directory browser). For example: I use folder to represent projects. Then within each folder I have seperate markdown files to represent meetings. If a search results shows a project meeting it would be nice to open the containing folder so that I can browse the rest of the projects files.

tooltips with key combination
orientation is way to mouse heavy,
and repeated look up in options is annoying and time consumingit would be nice if the key combination for the command i want to execute appears above the widget

allow user to sort file list by 'last accessed date'
Windows allows to have the tag 'Date accessed' which stands for last time the file was opened. This comes handy when users wants to add more tags to old files that he has not gone through yet with a new sets of tags.

Combine pdfs
Once loaded and tagged a list of pdf file , would be useful to combine all the files , so to have a unique pdf file .

Toggle preview mode for markdown
Once you press the "edit" button on a MD file, there is currently no obvious way to see the formatted result, other than re-opening the file. A preview/edit toggle button would be useful

Replace tag groups with nested tags. I particularly mean an implementation like Evernotes'.
I really would like to see the option for deep nested tags. I have tag hierarchies like: Programming -> Languages -> Javascript -> ReactJS. I would like each of these to be a tag, and to be able to nest them as such. This option could replace the tag groups, which I personally find clunky.
If this were implemented, I would not be able to find a reason to not use your product.

1. When to click on tags in left bar - don't provide menu. Immediately show marked files (if not selected file in right window ).

Tag Profiles
Most of us have work, rest & play on our computers. It would be useful for users to be given the option to define "tag profiles", allowing groups of tags to be assigned to profiles that users can define, such as "Work" or "Study".
Once a user has defined a few tags & groups to profiles, when users need to focus on their studies, they can deselect "Work" & "Play" whilst keeping "Study" selected, allowing them to focus on the immediate task before them. Then, once study is done, they can re-enable their other tag profiles at will. This functionality…

metadata such people and places
these are becoming common features of photo management tools like Google Photos. it be good if they could be easily converted to tags? maybe a face recognition feature so that a separate tool like Digikam isn't needed first?

Paid support for self-hosted version
As the self-hosted version comes with the rather big caveat of "Please note, that current status of the implementation is a technology preview, which is NOT suitable for production use yet !!!." Is there a timeline as to when a version will be suitable for production or can support be purchased for self-hosted version?

Browse files via TagTrees like tagstore
I would love to see a similar browsing behavior as in tagstore.
Since the files already contain the tags there is no need for a central database or something like that just "linking" and browsing via the file browser.

Previews for TXT and MD (and other text-like formats) in a Grid mode
It would be great to have previews for TXT and Markdown files in a Grid mode. In this case the Grid mode would be like a table with short sticky notes. Very useful for planning, brainstorming etc.

Interactive checkbox as custom markdown
Add special markdown tag [x] which should be parsed into checked checkbox in preview. User actions on that checkbox must be reflected back in the MD unchecked one will look like [ ]. That will allow to create convenient checklists!

Tags in filename at either end
Hi, could you consider adding the feature to store tags as filename either at the end of the filename (as currently), or in the beginning ? Storing them in the beginning would be useful because when looking at the file in the filesystem they are sorted by the beginning strings, rather than by the end.
