web clipper
something like evernote web clipper would be great
Since version 1.10.0 we have integrated in the Chrome extension a web clipper/scrapper. Just click on the TagSpaces icon in the top right corner of Chrome and a popup will open where you can directly tags the web snipped and saved it locally on your computer.

Great feature. Though, please add this to firefox too. Part of what's appealing is the independence tagspace brings, so why be tied to a google-based browser?

without wanting to sound unthankful - a web clipper for chrome is a very big leap, well done - a web clipping ability also for the google free browser firefox would make soo much sense.
+1 for firefox

I totally agree - how to scrape content from the web is essential for any system of reference/data management

Evernote web clipper is one of the reasons I am using Evernote although I would much rather have my data on my own server with something like tag spaces. Evernote webclipper is time saver. Especially love how easy I can clip just the "article" or "screenshot" add tags and anotations all from the web clipper popup, love it. When Tag Spaces adds webclipper like this I will switch (and when it makes editing notes more user friendly and quick)
