Enable sync of tags between devices; e.g. app could refer to remote config file of user's tag strings stored in DropBox
The app could refer to remote config file of user's tag strings; user stores the config file in a Dropbox folder. At install of Android device app or PC browser plugin, the user is prompted to create a config file on the PC or locate a pre-existing one (e.g. the one in DropBox). The app then imports tags found in the pre-existing config file, enabling a consistent approach.

Also, please allow synchronization of the tag database between the chrome browser plugin and the desktop app. When I start typing a tag name in the chrome plugin it should reference the JSON library from the desktop app to suggest completions of partial tags.

I hope I'm not annoying the admin by posting this on so many topics, but again, this is another feature request that would be solved by saving tags in a single file: https://tagspaces.uservoice.com/forums/213931-general/suggestions/5789542-save-tag-data-and-metadata-in-a-separate-file

The current approach is to sync the whole files and the tags in their names. I would like to have an option to use a database file as well. Maybe this will be added at some point.
