Allow setting links between files.
So that I can refer in one file to another file and browse to it by clicking on the link. At least for html files, this should be easy to realise.

I can link to another page at least using markdown, however, upon clicking, TagSpaces doesn't open it but it reverts to the md text editor configured in preferences. It seems that logic would be reinvestigated in letting TagSpaces handle such and just opening the file.

Even with the Pro version, is there an easy way to hyperlink between HTML documents? Id like it to open in the Tagspace default editor, preferably without having to manually edit the code for each link.

How about adding a link date tag while ignoring the other possible tags.
eg:
existing files
myfile[tag1 tag3].md
myfile[tag1 tag2].md -> this to link
on link creation
myfile[tag1 tag2 linked20150101].md
identification using name, link tag and extension
myfilename + linked20150101 + md1. this can be used even if files have the same name
2. and tags still can be added
3. it is the users responsibility to not delete the linked tag -

This is difficult to implement because of the way TagSpaces stores the tagging information. I am thinking of a tags called for example "sealed", which ones added to a file, will prevent the addition of further tags. This will make linking to this files more meaningful.

This is one of many suggestions that would be fixed by the following suggestion: https://tagspaces.uservoice.com/forums/213931-general/suggestions/5789542-save-tag-data-and-metadata-in-a-separate-file
Without variability of filename due to the current method of saving tag associations, linking to files would be easy.
