  2. Task List

    Here is a basic task list I made. It obviously doesn't save since I can't hook into Node from a note, but you get the idea.

  4. Filter for untagged files

    In my workflow I have to tag a lot of files. Thus it would be great if it is possible to filter for untagged files!

  5. Change in Tag Name Should Propagate to Affected Records

    If I change a tag from "Church" to "Charity" all records with the tag "Church" should be modified to have the tag "Charity".

  6. move files

    I wish move files from a folder to another. An alternayive could be a dedicated folder where storage tagged files.

  9. Bookmark Search Queries

    Right now, it is possible to 'bookmark' individual tags, using Tag Groups. I suggest allowing the addition of more complex search queries to this panel.

    For example, I might want to often access all of my Ideas that are not necessarily specific to App, Game, or Video, and thus not given any of those tags that are common among my other Ideas, so I would have a bookmark for the query "+Idea -App -Game -Video". This would allow more automated, cleaner, less clumsy organization than, say, tagging all of those documents with "MediumAgnostic" or manually typing the above query in…

  10. Minimize tagspaces to tray in Linux

    I am a linux user (Xubuntu) and I started to use tagspaces a lot and for a busy desktop it would be sensible to add a feature that mimimises the application to the tray. This is a feature that I liked a lot in ZIM Desktop Wiki before switching to Tagspaces.

  13. On Web Version - Have a login to secure the WebDAV access to files

    I've just put the Web version on my server but because it doesn't have a login feature I wont be able to use it as it opens everything up publicly.

    I will look at putting a password on the web directory for now though and see if that works.

    I also seem to be struggling to get it to recognise any directories, possibly due to my WebDAV set up.

  14. Make a widget for Android version

    It would be a nice feature to have an extra android widget which lists the last added files or allows to take pictures or speech notes directly to the TagSpaces Folder. A button on the Launcher for a quick add of plain documents would also be nice. I think of those features because of everyday situations where you have to remember certain things ... like the cafeteria menu for the week.

  15. Display all tags automatically (in tree if hierarchy is supported or in a tag cloud)

    I have no idea which tags I have spread around my 1000s of files. It would be fantastic if I could toggle that list between a cloud, a flat list and once https://tagspaces.uservoice.com/forums/213931-general/suggestions/6228802-tag-hierarchy is implemented a tree

  18. Automatically Sort Tags Left to Right Alphabetically

    Instead of having to manually shift tags left and right individually, have them automatically sorted alphabetically, which permits use of prefix characters (e.g. !, #, and @) to force a uniform order to the list of tags. Extremely helpful in implementing a GTD system.

  19. Integrate tags with Mac OS

    When I add tags to document in TagSpaces, I would assume that cmd+i (file information) would reveal the same tags just assigned to a file.

    I will back up this reguest with a money bonus asap if possible.

  20. Text notes should be editable by default

    When I open a text note, I usually want to edit it immediatelly, i.e. the way it's done in Evernote nowadays. So it would be more convenient that I don't have to click on the "Edit current file" icon.
